Hi! My name is Makiko. I'm Japanese.

​

I have been practicing Yoga since 1996 and teaching Yoga since 2004.

​

Based on my experience with dance, I offer a gentle, healing yoga class which is flowed through and dances.

​

Energy healing and channeling is also a different form of dance.

​

I deliver refined energy in the extraordinary nature of Ishigaki Island with the idea that

"spirituality = Love".

​
